Appearance: Amber in color with solid legs on the side of the glass.

Nose: Bursting with notes of dried apricots, tobacco, rye spice, and gingerbread layered over notes of honeydew, pine, cardamom and vanilla.

Flavor: Maple syrup, orange and caramelized fig and waves of rye spice. Cavendish tobacco, vanilla, and honey dominate before giving way to rich oaky flavors of brown sugar and cinnamon.
